The Collaboration Pro Data Management and Sharing (DMS) System is designed for the data you need to make informed decisions. Bringing data together from multiple sources for analysis and reporting

The DMS System joins different datasets into a single master set that will provide insights into seemingly unrelated activities and inconsistent data

A Collaboration Pro Consultant will work with all parties to establish the required data, its sources, and the most effective capture mechanisms. Whether that is existing formats, bespoke webforms or custom Windows/Android Applications (for offline capability), all designed to your needs by Collaboration Pro

With a structured dataset, a relational database, and support from Collaboration Pro Consultants, you can define and agree the standard reports and presentations that will support better and informed decisions for the benefit of the group / team rather than individual workstreams or organisations

The DMS System is ideal suited to transitory or time specific data such as project reporting, changing contract mobilisation data (E.g. TUPE, Buildings and assets). Any data that it is useful to know what has changed and when it changed

A true collaboration

Collaboration Pro deliver measurable and pragmatic performance improvements to help organisations collaborate better.

Collaboration Pro specialise in helping organisations improve their collaborations by helping them tangibly measure how well they are collaborating, develop performance improvement plans and bring together data from different sources to make better decisions.

As four independent consultants we all experienced the difficulties of bringing together diverse teams with differing skillsets, different calls upon their time and often with competing goals and objectives.  Additionally, conflicting data from multiple sources, sometimes vaguely related in some way to the project in hand making it difficult to make effective decisions. 

We have been lucky to work together on multiple projects over the last 5 years and have experience of collaborations with many other organisations spanning over 20 years (for the older members of the team!).  Under the Collaboration Pro brand we are now a true collaboration, bringing together four individual organisations to develop and deliver our services.
